This isn’t your average Assistant Management Accountant role.
Brought in to transform the finance function, the FD and FC have ripped up the old rulebook and built something smart, modern, and cloud-based – no more dusty spreadsheets or outdated processes.
Now, they need you to help drive it forward.
If you’ve ever had great ideas shot down or felt stuck doing the same routine tasks, this is your chance to break out. They want someone proactive, curious, and keen to challenge the norm. Your voice will be heard here.
You’ll be working directly with two impressive qualified professionals who want to mentor you – not just in management accounts, but in strategic, commercial finance too. Think budgeting, board packs, analysis and insight – not just ticking boxes at month-end.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in month-end accounting
- A genuine interest in business and improvement
- Ambition to grow beyond the numbers
