An absolute unreal opportunity to work with a Head of Finance who is looking to find her number 2 in the team!

This is a role to grab with both hands – no pre-requisite to be a fully-fledged, all-singing, all-dancing MA already – this HoF will help you get there!

You must have assisted with preparing the monthly management accounts or at least have completed month-end cycles as she does need an individual who has covered more than transactional finance but the rest? She’ll train on.

She’s an inspiring, motivating leader who will give you your own entity to manage and take lead on – of course the training is guaranteed but she will also allow you to stand on your own two feet and look after this division as your own baby! A massive bonus would be CIS experience as this business operate within the construction field and growth is huge so candidates with this experience will be prioritised.

And there is no better trainer or mentor here; she sees this role as “partnering” up with her rather than simply reporting into her.

She is happy to share the knowledge she’s built up and invest in 1-2-1 training with you, giving you full insight into what goes on in Board Meetings and having your say in critical month-end decisions.

They are also looking to “spice up” their reporting schedules and would love this next hire to get stuck into this – so there’ll be a fantastic chance to understand revenue streams and costings and discuss this with the senior leadership team.
