You will bridge the gap between the Accounts Assistant and Finance Director, becoming the right-hand person and driving force for the company’s financial success.
If you have started your journey in management accounts but are hungry for more exposure and responsibility this role is tailor-made for you. Working closely with the Finance Director you will receive training in finalising accounts, producing commentary for reports, and playing an essential part in board meetings.
This isn’t a traditional reporting role, instead, you will work side by side, creating a close-knit and supportive team, without rigid hierarchies. In this dynamic and progressive environment, you will have the opportunity to evolve into a skilled management accountant.
