A great client of ours, we’ve worked with them for years – seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to enhance the finance function and work alongside the Senior FBP to ensure operations and finance are linked.
Given the role you’ll need to be a confident, chatty person to succeed. You’ll be building relationships with different departments, collecting data from operational sites and working directly with the SLT, so as the Senior FBP put it ‘this persons going to need a bit about them!’.
The offices are ultra-modern and have been designed to reflect the slick set-ups of the city centre; cool chill out areas, function rooms to entertain clients and even a pool table room for a quick game on your lunch break. The ethos here is completely progressive; chatting to the Head of Finance he said the huge investment put into the offices was to ‘create a space where people actually enjoy coming in to work’, let’s be honest no one wants to work in a dark and dingy environment!
