This business has a robust finance system in place led by an experienced Financial Controller, yet they are always on the lookout for individuals to become a Management Accountant without the pressures of studying.
This Assistant Accountant role is quite different to most in the market – the reason being, the client doesn’t require you to complete a formal qualification to progress in the company.
Their expectations are that you acquire all the skills that a studier would be entitled to & you will be involved in:
- Sitting in Board Meetings at month-end
- Full MA exposure and involvement
- Implementing new systems and procedures
- Training apprentices as they join the business
It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t want to complete a study package – someone who wants to progress but has made a conscious decision that they don’t want to sit exams and commit to a training contract taking up 6-10 hours a week of your own time.
