You have to apply for this role if you want career progression and development. Due to a recent promotion in the team my client has now opened their doors for an Assistant Accountant to join the company.

Having visited the office myself, it is amazing. It is everything you would except from a modern city centre office. With excellent transport links and facilities, you will want to come into work every day! This would suit a dynamic, ambitious individual who wants a successful career.

The Finance Manager already has mapped out your progression within the business. After your first 6 months with the firm, they would expect you to be confident in all aspects of transactional accounting and would look at transitioning you onto more senior duties. You’ll will be working closely with the Management Accountant producing month-end reports and sitting in crucial meetings to analyse the businesses finances.

My client is happy to support you with your studies, so ideally, they are looking for someone who is currently studying or completed their AAT as there will be the opportunity to move onto ACCA / CIMA. The Finance Manager is fully qualified herself so can offer any additional support regarding exams.
