But it’s not just the work life balance that the above will give you that makes this such a good role, it’s the people you will work with and the way the managers treat their staff that really makes this stand out.

You will work closely with your team of 2 who are amazing; they are helpful, friendly and all pull together to get the job done. Working in the events industry your role will be really varied and will involve everything administration related to help coordinate the weekly events the company holds throughout the UK.

Your training will be provided from a staff member who has done this exact role for over 3 years plus the owner of the business; she’s been there, done it, got the t shirt and is going to ensure you are given all the attention required to be successful.

To fit in with the team and liaise with clients, you must have a bubbly personality that’s approachable, and you must be able to manage your own workload whilst working as a key team player.

The company are looking for a strong Administrator who holds 3-4 years’ experience in a fast-paced role; you won’t be sat clock watching in this role, your day’s will fly by because of how multi-faceted and engaging this role is.
