You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and organising accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Providing administrative assistance to various departments
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence
- Arranging and scheduling meetings, events, and activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the management team
- Assisting with onboarding new team members by supporting with training
- Managing office supplies
- Supporting project management tasks by tracking progress
