If you’re an Administrator with some experience but looking to expand your duties and responsibilities further and take on a new challenge; I might just have the perfect role for you.
Platinum are working with a growing business in Bolton who are adding to their team, looking for an Administrator to provide support to all departments in a really varied position.
It’s a great team you’ll work with, they are all super friendly and relaxed, management have put in place a clear training programme for you and you’ll have a dedicated Line Manager to turn to and they will be on hand to complete your full training.
Your remit will cover every aspect of administration; managing the upkeep of the office and ensuring filing, scanning and stationery is up to date, being the face of the business for all visitors and calls incoming whilst also providing administrative support to other departments, being involved with scheduling meetings and appointments and updating the internal database.
Once you’re accomplished in the role, you can progress to a more senior position or move into another area of the business, it’s your choice and you will be supported throughout to ensure you reach your goals.
Another great thing about this position are the hours, you will only work a 35 hour working week, 8:30am – 4pm, fantastic hours and it allows you to enjoy home life outside of work too – they really do promote a healthy balance for their staff.
Based in BL4 postcode, if you’re local/ in the Bolton area, this is ideal, free parking on site plus just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
