This is a company who value what their employees tell them, hence them recently introducing a flexible working policy because 85% of staff asked for it.

This now means staff can come in and go as they please, as long as you do your 8 hours for the day. If you’re an early bird, you can get in for 7:30am or perhaps do the school drop off/ go for a walk/ gym session and head in for 10am. Choice is yours, and already management are seeing a difference in staff morale and focus.

This is a role to support the wider business with all administration, a really varied and in depth role – completing reports, analysing documents, vetting and checking new clients and onboarding as well as communicating with clients and internal staff.

Varied role, super interesting, working with nationwide clients, a role to really embed in the fundamentals of the company and grow your skills further.

Full training will be provided by the Senior Administrator who does this role too, she’s great, full of banter, hard working and a great mentor. You’re in great (and funny) hands.

Team culture is brill, really relaxed, everyone knows when they need to get their head down but has a laugh and a chinwag along the way. It’s a genuinely great place to work where you’re looked after.

They’re looking for an individual with some office based experience, whether that be in customer service or administration of some sort…. The rest will be taught!

Based in Armley, free parking on site and just 10 minutes from Leeds Town Centre.
