You must have worked in an office before as they need to see for themselves that you’ve worked with others, taken calls, build relationships etc – the rest? They’ll train on.

Studying is encouraged so if you want to do your AAT then great, the business will back you all the way but you must earn your stripes, get your head down and work hard and then this will be reviewed in 6-12 months.
