This business is acquiring new companies, moving overseas and has a ferocious growth plan that it wants you to be a part of – it’s definitely the best training ground for someone at the early stages of their career!

The Finance Manager was absolutely buzzing to tell me about the role; he was brought into the business 18 months ago to drive a company restructure, improve processes, and streamline their systems… tick, tick, tick!

He’s done all this and hired a number 2, so his mission now is to recruit a Trainee to enjoy this next phase of success with him!

The business is PE backed and has been enjoying a 25% increase in growth for the last 5 years – which is just set to accelerate further with the FM’s ambitions and ideas.

He wants you well and truly involved in this journey with and the senior leadership team and you will enjoy the best training programme possible at this level; so it’s ideal if this is your first finance role or you have 6-12 months’ basic accounts / admin experience.

I asked the FM what profile this role would suit, and he told me it would be ideal for someone is itching to progress, develop and study – the development plan he has mapped out is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have this opportunity!
