Accounts Trainee + AAT Study Support

6 months’ accounting experience is all that’s required to be considered for this role – that’s right, just SIX months!

The business has a long-term plan for this role – they certainly don’t view it as filling a void and picking up the menial tasks that the rest of the team don’t want to do.
Instead, you can gain management accounts experience in as little as 12 months providing you get your head down, work hard and take on board the training that will be offered to you.
A full study package towards the AAT Qualification will be provided with the opportunity to sit down with your manager on a regular basis for 1-1s or if you need support with a particular module or upcoming exam.
The business is PE backed and has been enjoying a 25% increase in growth for the last 5 years – which is just set to accelerate further with the FM’s ambitions and ideas.
He wants you well and truly involved in this journey with and the senior leadership team and you will enjoy the best training programme possible at this level; so it’s ideal if this is your first finance role or you have 6-12 months’ basic accounts / admin experience.
I asked the FM what profile this role would suit, and he told me it would be ideal for someone is itching to progress, develop and study – the development plan he has mapped out is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have this opportunity!
