If you have built solid foundations throughout your career in all aspects of transactional finance and you are ready to share your skillset and lead others and have what it takes to motivate and develop a team – you’re going to want to hear more about this role!

This retail business who we recruit exclusively for has grown year on year and the turnover is set to reach £100 million in Q3 2024 and with an exceptional finance team already in place and working effectively there is one piece of the puzzle that’s missing and it’s this role. You are going to be the person that completes the finance team at this remarkable business as they are embarking on such an exciting journey.

They need a head-strong, career-driven Accounts Manager to head up one of their divisions and oversee a team of 3 – you must demonstrate impeccable communication and leadership skills, you’re not going to be problem solving or firefighting as the team is self-sufficient and operating incredibly well; but this can only get even better with an experienced leader in place to drive them to the next phase of success.

You’ll report into one of the best FD’s out there, successful business run by a 10/10 leadership team, this is a place where people enjoy being every day and so will you!

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
