As a Billing and Accounts Manager, you will manage a small but efficient team, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and achieving their targets.
The business is looking for someone to bring a fresh set of eyes and offer ways to streamline and improve the Accounts Payable and Billing process. This is a great opportunity to make your mark with a growing company and implement procedures.
The team is looking for someone to train and mentor them, so it is crucial you have experience managing a team and setting KPIs / targets. You will be at the front line, getting involved with the day-to-day accounting as well as evaluating ways the team can improve.
You will act as the final point of call to ensure everything runs smoothly, from approving invoices to preparing weekly analysis for the FC based on performance and room for improvement. It is essential you have a well-rounded knowledge of dealing with suppliers and handling any queries, even the complex ones!
