I have just spoken to two Directors who any Accounts Manager would be lucky to work for!
They are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager who they can put their complete trust in – there will be no micro-managing, no one breathing down your neck; just the freedom and flexibility to “get on with the job”
The business is professional, well-respected and has an excellent reputation in its field – working with some market-leading clients.
However, one thing is for sure – they’ve never gotten “too big for their boots” and despite enjoying year-on-year growth for the last 5 years, have maintained an incredibly tight-knit workforce where everyone is valued and looked after by the Directors.
You will enjoy complete management of the day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end accounting which is take up approx. 75% of your time – with the rest of your week made up with the general running of the office; these are Directors who want you completely involved in what’s happening in the business, so they want you in the thick of it as the beating heart of the company.
You will be supported by an Administrator allowing you the time to assist with external accountants at period end with the monthly and quarterly management accounts so if you do have experience in this, that would be a massive bonus for the business!
