This Director is amazing – so laidback, down-to-earth, and really considerate of a work/ life balance!
He needs an Accounts Manager who will come in, get the job done but then leave work at the door until the next day.
You must be happy to work for an SME where you get full exposure from grass-roots level through to management accounting; it’s all hands on deck here, no task is seen as too menial, regardless of stature within the business – everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in!
It’s an absolutely ideal opportunity if you’re content with the level you’ve reached in your career, maybe you’ve earnt your stripes but want more of a relaxed environment or perhaps you have taken time out to raise your children and now want to return to work in a relaxed, stress-free environment.

Start and finish times can be flexible so if you need to do the school drop off then that’s fine or if you need an early dart to attend parents evening, not a problem! As long as the work is done, no one is going to be breathing down your neck.
