Absolutely ideal you’ve completed a 18 months – 2 years within finance & are ready to step up by may feel restricted in your current business!

Here you have a Management Accountant who told me openly how much of her time she’s willing to invest in this role – a position she only expects you to remain in for another 18 months before progression is on the cards; she’s future-proofing for the future and would love you to step into her role.

And she will make it entirely possible for you to be able to develop in your career, the same way she’s done this with all her team.

In those 18 months, you’ll not only be an expert in transactional accounting but you’ll also benefit from the MA passing down more exciting work such as month-end close, P&L reporting and assisting with management accounts prep!
