Excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant who is looking to join a reputable company who are experiencing growth and want to bolster its finance team! My clients are looking for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their already strong finance team, and have big plans for the proposed candidate to progress to Assistant Management Accountant by this time next year, allowing time to settle into the company and become familiar with processes before progressing through the ranks.
The chosen candidate will work alongside two qualified senior finance professionals who have a wealth of knowledge which they are keen to share, enabling you to learn and develop new valuable skills which can be brought into practice.
It’s essential you have at least 12 months’ transactional accounting as this is initially what you will be focusing on before taking on additional responsibilities including P&L reporting, forecasting, and supporting with the management accounts production.
The Financial Manager has worked at the company for around 10 years, and so there is nobody better to train and support you, as they know the company inside and out. The longevity of my clients staff really do exemplify how seriously the company invest time and resources into development and progression of staff. The sky is the limit with this company!
