You need to be solid in ledger accounting as you’ll be managing all day to day invoicing, reconciliations – basically, everything that falls under “clerical” finance; the Management Accountant then takes over at month-end so everything must be neat, tidy and accurate – and that’s really all they expect.
Who is this role for?
- You’ve earnt your stripes in transactional accounting – you know a thing or two about purchase & sales ledgers!
- You like routine, structure and a 9-5
- You hate micro-managing, meeting after meeting and office drama
