I am working with a client of ours in Sale who is looking to bring in an Accounts Assistant who is wanting to develop into an amazing finance professional.

The support on offer with this role is really second to none. You will be joining a highly experienced team who have a wealth of knowledge and experience across every aspect of the business and they will be on hand to assist you throughout your time with company.

This will be a varied position giving you exposure into all aspects of the finance function from the transactional duties to managing service charges, processing utility bills, speaking with tenants and landlords with regards to rent payments and other ad hoc tasks to support the wider finance team.

Because of the nature of the position, experience within a similar position for a business operating in the property sector will be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills, be able to work well in a team and to their own initiative and also have a good understanding of finance software including excel.
