This is a role you absolutely do not want to miss out on!

Two Directors and a CFO who genuinely listen to the needs of the team; dog-friendly offices, monthly fundraisers & charity days and fizzy Fridays; this is a company that has truly embraced a post-covid culture!

We have worked with this business for over 3 years and placed two other candidates at this level; both of whom are progressing, studying and exceling in their career!

A lot of roles at this level have a shelf life of 1-2 years; you go in and earn your stripes but then realistically you’ve reached as far as you can go at that business.

That’s where this role is different; you be on the receiving end of some of the best training I’ve seen in the workplace to enable you to progress through the company as they genuinely want you to be a long-term fixture at the business… 5, even 10 years from now!

Your role will encompass all aspects of transactional accounting and once you have mastered this and settled in, you can look forward to supporting with month-end and receiving training management accounting.

All they are asking for in return is 18 months – 2 years’ finance experience and bags of enthusiasm!
