The Finance Manager has been in the exact same shoes you’re currently in now… he was always keen to progress his career so he is now looking to give that opportunity to someone else. His plan is to ensure your day to day responsibilities tie in with your current AAT studies, not only will this make your studies 10 times easier but also give you some excellent exposure to all aspects of managing the company’s finances.
Once you have mastered all aspects of transactional accounting the sky really is the limit when it comes to how far you can go in this role.
