A brilliant opportunity for an Accounts Assistant who is confident in transactional accounting, loves what they do but doesn’t want the pressure or stresses of studying or progressing!

There’s plenty of development opportunities within the company and the Directors really look after the team they have however there is no obligation to “climb the ladder” or “chase a job title”.

The company is growing and have an excellent reputation in their field and that’s why staff seem to stay so long – in fact, the very reason this role has become available is the Directors have identified the increase in workload and instead would rather hire than expect the existing team to work longer!

You will be given the opportunity to expand on your existing skills with a company that really does put their staff first; and if that’s not enough they also make a real effort to create an inclusive culture so there are plenty of events and socials you have the option to be part of.

A very laidback, easy-going working environment – as long as you get your head down and do the work, that’s all they will ask of you. No overtime requirements – work finishes at as soon as you leave the office as far as they’re concerned!
