It’s a mega company; a really modern firm of Chartered Accountants based in Lostock with so much going for it.
They will not only support you through your AAT and then your ACCA; but they will guide you too – they have helped so many studiers before they consider themselves experts.
Everything is paid for; there is time off for exams and revision and if you are struggling or hitting any bottlenecks, they have got plenty of people working here that have been in your shoes before; so they will be on hand to help.
The job is great too; plenty of variety, some interesting clients and most important the opportunity to put what you are learning in the classroom into action in the workplace.
Core duties will include:
- Preparation of statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients
- Bookkeeping and quarterly VAT
- Supporting with Tax (although full training will be provided)
- Building strong relationships with your clients and handling any queries on their accounts
To be considered attitude is key; you must be someone that is focussed on your studies and career.
Alongside this you will need a minimum of 12 months experience at a firm of accountants; and ideally be studying towards your AAT.
