When I asked the Finance Director bout the perks of the role; side from being able to offer one to one training sessions, study support and development plan to work towards, they look after staff and your personal wellbeing, offering regular mental health awareness sessions with qualified counsellors and promoting flexible and remote working.

One big draw for this role is the annual leave perks including additional 7 days’ holiday for “down time” so if there’s experiences you want to tick off your bucket list or you simply want to relax and refresh, these days re for you to utilise how you see fit – and they offer them purely on the basis of you being an employee.
