This is the perfect “second” career move for an Accounts Assistant – a business where you can really settle and stay long-term but also know that you are developing an enhancing your skillset.
It’s the ideal position for someone who has spent 12months – 2 years with a business and enjoys their role but maybe feels like they can’t see a future at the company.
This business is renowned for bringing in individuals with bags of potential and helping them get to the next phase in their career.
The role will be focused primarily on transactional accounting; the business is multi-faceted so there are various divisions within the group so the tasks you will be given day to day will differ and certainly won’t be one-dimensional!
You will have a direct line into both the Financial Controller and Finance Director therefore the opportunity to learn from them as they’re more than happy to share their knowledge and expertise!
This will allow you to gain a real insight into management accounts preparation and reporting; exposure they are more than happy to share with you once you are embedded into the role.
