This business is looking to bolster its finance team with a career-driven Accounts Assistant!

They are enjoying a real period of growth but at the same time, they’re future-proofing as they know 2024 is set to be even more successful than this year!

The Finance Manager has earmarked this position to progress to Assistant Management Accountant level by this time next year, giving you 12 months to settle into the company, get used to processes and enjoy one to one training before you step your experience up a year!

It’s essential you have at least 12 months’ transactional accounting because this is initially what you will be focusing on before taking on additional responsibilities including P&L reporting, forecasting, and supporting with the management accounts production.

The FM started at the company as a junior which is real proof of how much the company invests in its staff and how seriously it takes its development & progression programme.
