One of Manchester’s most award-winning companies is looking for its next up and coming Accounts Assistant!

This business has a real modern-day approach to accounting; yes, they believe in studying and getting your professional qualifications under your belt but they also believe there’s no better way to learn than actually getting stuck into the work yourself in a practical sense!

Which is why the training will be really hands on, no classroom environment here! You will work directly with the FC who is 2 years’ post-qualified, so his experience and knowledge is fresh, up to date and inspiring.

This new approach to their training programme has resulted in higher levels of staff retention and more promotions internally.

The management team are young, ambitious, and really up to speed with the latest systems and software to ensure processes are efficient and no one has to work beyond their scheduled hours in order to succeed.

The role would suit someone who is looking for their “second career move” – maybe you’ve completed an apprenticeship or worked as a trainee for 12 months and now you want to embrace a new working culture and kick on with the next level of your AAT.

Interviews will be a “coffee and chat” with the FC who likes to keep the process relaxed and informal – opening up the space for questions you may have about potential growth and development.
