This week marks Mental Health Awareness week and this company’s mission is to break down the stigma related to mental health in the workplace.

They employ mental health first-aiders, offer wellbeing webinars for all staff, and have a “safe space” within the workplace where every member of the team can go if they need a bit of extra support or a bit of “me time”.

This is a business that encourages and supports you to reach your career goals but eliminates any risk of burnout or stress thanks to the resources they have in place to account for your mental health.

Whatever helps to clear your mind away from your desk – a simple walk in the park during your break, a HIIT session at lunch or just a chinwag with a colleague in the staff room, you do you – whatever it takes to keep your mind healthy.

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles.
