My client is looking for an Accounts Administrator with a minimum of 12-month experience in transactional accounting. You will be working in a small close knit-team of 4 and reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager is keen on recognising staff for their hard work and will regularly buy the team lunch or provide monetary rewards for someone who has gone the extra mile. This has created an excellent atmosphere within the office and a low staff turnover! Once you visit the office yourself, you will understand why it’s such a great place to work.

As the business is very family oriented, it can offer flexibility to allow you to work around any commitments. If you need to work from home or need to leave early to pick up the kids/ walk the dog, then it’s no problem at all. Flexibility and appreciation are the two key values the Finance Manager believes in.

In terms of your duties, you will be responsible for the transactional accounting. It is great if you like variation – one day, you could be running the weekly payment run, and the next you could be chasing customers down for unpaid invoices.
