Accounts Administrator – Flexible Hours!

£25,000 – £27,000

This business is absolutely brilliant when it comes to flexibility and valuing staff!

The 3 Directors are great – they’re understanding, supportive, and they don’t want anyone in the business overworked or under pressure.

The accounts have been outsourced until recently however the new FC who has been with the business for 6 months has done a wonderful job of setting everything inhouse, ensuring systems are in place and running smoothly – so she now needs support with the transactional accounting.

She works from office the 1 / 2 days a week, but the Directors are always around – and she’s only at the other end of the phone should you have any questions!

You must be astute in ledger accounting – purchase and sales – but also be flexible to pick up the phone when it rings, meet & greet a visitor or handle general administration that comes with working for an SME business!

Everyone is on the same level here – the Directors will get a round of brews on or process an invoice if needs be… that’s the sort of vibe in this office.

Although the standard hours are 9-5; if you have young children and need to do the school drop off / pick up or you simply need more flexibility around start and finish times, they’re all ears and will always try and accommodate this.
