The property industry is booming and this business at Media City has been given the green light for exciting projects for the latter half of 2023.

The Directors put their success down to the team -in particular, the accounts department who are the cogs in the wheel and the individuals who manage the financials & help make the company as profitable as possible.
And they’re currently expanding!
They are on the lookout for likeminded individuals who are passionate about their careers and want to make a name for themselves.
You must be studying towards your AAT and as long as you can demonstrate a fire in your belly to succeed – the Financial Controller will support & back you all the way.
The following progression timeline has been mapped out for you to work towards:
- First 6 months – getting to know all the processes, system and being confident with transactional finance processes
- 6-12 months – moving onto month-end and management accounts preparation training
- 12 – 18 months – working towards Assistant Accountant status
That means that by this time next year you can have achieved promotion into a more senior role thanks to the training and support that is on offer; how quickly this happens will be dictated by yourself and there is no pressure; so if this takes a little longer, then that’s absolutely fine – but it’ll be only yourself in line for that promotion; you’re not competing against the rest of the team as everyone is at different stages of their career.
