I’ve spoken to the Director at this firm of accountants (great guy, really down to earth) and he believes in giving a quality service to his clients.
Because of this he wants to find an experienced Bookkeeper that he can trust and rely on to manage the finances and relationships that he’s worked really hard to build up.
You don’t need to be from a practice background, you just need to have a solid background and thorough understanding of Bookkeeping.
There is so much variety in the role, you will be helping lots of different businesses to manage all aspects of their accounts which in turn means no 2 days (or clients you work with) will be the same – ideal for anyone that gets bored easily!!!!
Joining a team of ten the business still very much has that family feel in the way everyone is treated….again the Director believes in that personal touch (with his staff and clients).
However their infrastructure, technology and the resources and facilities are very much at the forefront of their industry.
