This role is perfect for an Accounts Assistant who wants to work in an established, successful business which recognises the importance of employee welfare without adding additional pressure.

The FC is qualified in finance (ACCA) so has all the expertise to help someone build experience however due to the longevity of staff members within the team is there is no stress to be had as he is always on hand to support and help you along.

There is an option for a full study package for AAT however if you are not an exam person and would rather not complete professional qualifications, they would be equally happy.

As you can see from the above overview it’s a relaxed atmosphere and they are happy to work with someone and be flexible for the next individual’s requirements as opposed to demanding X,Y & Z.

Learning opportunities and exposure to finance is unlimited as the FC will train and teach you in all areas you may wish to gain experience which can run from ledger close through to annual accounts forecasting.

The only requirements they hold for any applicant is that you are committed to a career in finance and have already gained basic accounts experience – in fact, just 12 months is enough to show to them how dedicated you are.
