If you have mastered the basics of accounts and feel ready to start challenging yourself with some month end responsibilities this role is ideal.
You will be working alongside the Finance Manager and supporting in the production of the monthly management accounts; being mentored whilst also receiving study support.
The business places a real emphasis on developing their staff therefore your first 12 months will be clearly mapped out for you. This means you will know exactly what to expect when you join with clear markers set out in your development.
The type of exposure you can expect over the first year will include:
- Learning (and then assisting) in the production of the monthly management accounts
- Monthly accruals, prepayments and journals
- Completing monthly reconciliations
- Profit and loss analysis
To be considered for the position you will need to have a minimum of 12 months accounts experience under your belt, along with ambition and drive to really push your career forward.
