Group Financial Controller

£75,000 – £80,000 + bonus, car allowance, enhanced maternity / parternity, healthcare, hybrid working, up to 30 days holiday – direct progression plan

Finally a ‘meaty’ role where your next step is already mapped out for you – Group Financial Controller to CFO in 3 years! Working in the slipstream of the current CFO these 3 years will guarantee you success and a smooth transition for when you step into this role. What more could you want?!

Due to phenomenal growth this PE backed business is seeking to appoint a new and qualified Group FC who should still have the drive and ambition to develop to the top of the tree in finance and be on the Board of Directors.

You know what the role looks like – 360-degree management of the finance team, co-ordinating all financial processes, manage audit processes. So…you must have a successful track record as a Financial Controller and wanting to seize this opportunity with a ‘roll sleeves up’ attitude suited to a business with bold growth plans.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
