This is the perfect opportunity to join an expanding business and have a successful career in credit control. All you need to have, is a strong administrative or customer service background and the rest you will learn on the job.
Reporting into the Credit Control Supervisor and working in a team of 4, my client is looking for someone who is eager to learn and ambitious. The business will develop you from the ground up and provide you with all the tools and support to succeed in this role.
You can expect hands-on training for the first six months where you will be managing your own set of small clients and utilising MS Excel. The Credit Control Supervisor will always be there if you have any questions. Once you’ve passed your probation and feel comfortable working on your own, there is the option to work from home 2 days a week.
This isn’t a targeted or stressful environment, the business and specifically the accounts team are very relaxed. So, you can go into this role knowing you’ll be supported and under no pressure. As long as you have a drive to succeed and ask questions, everything else will fall into place whilst training!
