Accounts Assistant

Part-time – 4 days a week

Manchester City Centre

£24,000 – £27,000 (pro-rata)

If you are looking for a dynamic role but don’t want the stresses of working full-time, then this opportunity is ideal. You even have the benefit of choosing which 4 days you want to work!

Despite this being a part-time role, you are an essential part of the finance team. You will be trusted to work under your own autonomy, but the Finance Manager will still involve you with more complex duties including managing the cash flow and producing monthly reports.

There are multiple benefits to only working 4 days a week including having extra time with family members, long weekends away, or just an extra day to catch up on housework. The business is flexible and will let you choose the days you work as they understand the importance of having a good/work life balance.

The role is only available as the candidate (who I placed) is relocating, she absolutely loves the business and is gutted she is leaving. However, she is looking to leave in October so there is plenty of time for a well-detailed handover, allowing you to grasp everything.

The business is an established interior design company, so you can expect a stunning office with excellent facilities. It is a modern city centre firm with great commuter links and plenty of places to visit on your lunch or after work.
