Business Development Executive – Bolton

£22,000 basic + monthly bonuses up to £1,000

NO WEEKENDS OR LATES + EARLY FINISH FRIDAYS

One of the best opportunities in the market, this is ideal if you want to get out of cold calling or a large contact centre; and gives you the chance to work in a BD role with plenty of variety.

There is no micromanaging, you have the desk to yourself, the working hours are 8AM to 4:30PM and you get to keep the weekends for yourself.

What makes this role special is that you’ll be given full trust.

You can lead meetings, go out and visit clients to build relationships, and benefit from a really well-established client portfolio which means there is plenty of repeat business from returning clients (basically easy money).

Operating in the construction industry which is booming in the North West there is plenty of commission to be made on top of your basic salary; all you need to do is work hard and be focused on your job.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Following up sales enquiries from their website
  • Using social media to post regular updates, and generate new leads
  • Keeping up with news, buildings going up, and what’s happening in the local area to identify new business opportunities
  • Going out to client meetings, new and existing, to keep a steady flow of work coming in
  • Making use of the system to generate new leads
  • Lots of new markets to get into, supporting with tenders, and supporting with pricing jobs
  • Making and taking phone calls, and sending/responding to emails daily

As a smaller business, you’ll be a valued member of staff. They pride themselves on early finish Fridays, having a relaxed environment, genuinely having a laugh together, and will be paid on literally every new business opportunity you win.

We require:

  • 1 years sales experience
  • Must have a full, clean drivers licence and access to a car
  • Confidence to chat to potential new clients – we want an outgoing individual
