The business:

A Marketing organisation in Trafford Park who specialise in PR who are growing the business due to an influx of new clients and retainment of existing clients are adding to their team.

As a business best known for being company leaders in their sector and award winners; they are looking for an Administrator who wants to be involved in all company procedures & be a support across the whole business including front of house, finance, human resources & operations.

The role:

  • Being the face of the business to clients and visitors
  • Creating letters and documents for the HR department
  • Updating and logging on Excel spreadsheets for finance reports
  • Supporting all staff including Directors
  • Diary management & booking in client meetings
  • Ensuring that client, company and all information is accurate
  • Ensure that all electronic and manual records are maintained always
  • Dealing with telephone queries from customers

The management team are looking for someone who has administration experience but is now looking to increase their skill set with a fantastic business and be a key figure across each area.
