This is an end-to-end role, where you will be managing all aspects of the company’s payroll. One day you could be processing employee SSP and SMP the next you could be ensuring all documentation for new starters and leavers is compliant with legislation. You’ll be assisting the team with processing monthly and fortnightly payroll for approx. 1500 employees, so there is certainly plenty to do!
Ensuring the payroll is accurate and on time is so important, so my client is looking for someone who loves analysing data and can spot any discrepancies with ease. Another prerequisite is that you have a good understanding of MS Excel, as you’ll be using this daily.
