This opportunity is to work for a growing beauty brand in Stockport who are looking to hire a new Administrator to work alongside the Senior support.

You will have full dedicated training from the Senior Administrator who has done this role and progressed with the business in the last 4 years – she will teach you everything you need to know and more!

As an Administrator you’ll be responsible for processing of customer orders from start to finish, they have a slick process and bespoke system in place so each process will run smoothly making your life a lot easier!

Processing of customer orders in this business includes receiving an order via email, phone or website, inputting the customer order onto the system, liaison with the warehouse department to manage the production and dealing with any order changes or delivery requirements.

You will manage key relationships with some incredible clients and the various departments within the business whilst being a significant figure in the order processing function.

What stood out most for me in this business is the culture – everyone works together, even the MD, she’s in the office every day supporting her staff and investing time, training and development into each person (and brings along some sweet treats every week too!)

Sales order processing experience would be an advantage of course but a strong Administrator with great attention to detail and organisation skills is paramount!
