Our client, a thriving hospitality business in the city centre, is seeking a management accountant to take full ownership of the management accounts whilst supporting 2 junior MAs who you will be encouraged to mentor and develop.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for any ambitious MA looking for the next step in their career, giving you exposure to team management, full autonomy in producing the management accounts pack, monthly meetings with the board, hands-on involvement in business decisions and in development projects set to drive acquisitions and expansion.
The experience and exposure you would gain in this role paves the way for development into FM / FC positions, a path encouraged by the business who are looking for individuals that can ‘step up’ as they expand their reach across the UK market.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy to make your own mark; whilst benefitting from the support and mentorship of an established FC where required. Taking charge of the management accounts function for one division of the business running at an impressive Β£12 million turnover you will be joining the team during an exciting period of growth, with bold expansion plans drawn to double this turnover in the next 2 years.
