As a standalone Credit Controller for this company, you’ll be working in a small close-knit team of 4 and everyone roles their sleeves up and helps each other out. You will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller.
The business is really well known in the local area and has been trading as a family through generations so if job security and job stability if what your after then there isn’t a better role. The great thing about this company is they target family run clients to do business with, when managing clients and chasing debt you’ll be offering a personal service and really building relationships with your clients. This role goes beyond phone bashing – this business wants to maintain their clients with excellent customer service.
The one word the Financial Controller used to describe the company is ‘relaxed’ and that’s exactly what it is. You won’t be micromanaged however rest assured you will always have the rest of the team to support you with any questions you may have. This is a role which you can really make your own – as it is a standalone role Credit Controller you are essentially your own boss and will have the opportunity to manage your workload to suit you best.
