This FC thrives on spotting talent and helping juniors grow. She’s hands-on, nurturing, and genuinely invested in your success. From day one, you’ll have someone in your corner, guiding you, challenging you, and making sure you see how a business really works beyond just the numbers!

Starting out in finance is one thing, but your second role is when your career really takes off – and this one is absolutely perfect if you’ve gained 6-12 months’ experience and now really want to take things up a notch.

You’ll become a pro at transactional accounting, get stuck in at month-end and be encouraged to liaise with other departments – so if you’re finance-focused but would love to understand exactly how a business operates, this is your ticket to that.

People don’t just come into this business and “sit in a role” – you’ll have your own personal cheerleader encouraging you to step up, putting your name forward for promotion and even giving you time off before each AAT exam!
