The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and providing meaningful insight to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Management Accountant will gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Variance analysis with clear commentary
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with year-end and audit processes
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in financial controls and processes
The Candidate
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or actively studying
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, driven, and keen to develop within a growing organisation
