This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey. Operating across three entities, the company is on the cusp of exponential growth and is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to take ownership of one of those entities, working closely with the Financial Director.
Combined turnover for all entities is c.Β£12million with a forecast in place to exceed Β£20million by year end 2026 so exceptional growth. This role offers genuine scope for progression, with responsibilities and influence growing in line with the business.
You will be responsible the month-end process end to end, producing high-quality management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and acting as a key finance partner to operational stakeholders. As the business scales, you will play a central role in improving controls, processes, and reporting to support sustainable growth.
