This new firm of accountants are looking for their first hire into the business. The company have recently set up with a modern focus on client relationships built on trust and quality. They have invested in the most advanced systems and frameworks to ensure a smooth accounting cycle for all clients.
The 2 founders have worked their magic in the industry for over 10 years and are recognised as pioneers in new age accounting and this hire will be given full support and most importantly an opportunity to play a pivotal role in firm growth.
You will manage a portfolio of established clients from the outset where you will build relationships, be visible and ensure accounting compliance is delivered.
They are very much a social business so they need someone confident who is happy to be on hand for client enquiries, meet with clients and build long term lasting relationships, this is not a review of accounts and send over to an MD position.
Flexible on the background, they would like someone qualified or part qualified however most importantly someone who is comfortable in firm accounting and would like to progress with career beyond senior accounting status.
