An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious, internationally renowned property brand with a rich heritage and global reach.
The finance function has historically been split between the UK and an outsourced team in India. However, with all other departments operating from Manchester, the Directors have decided to centralise the finance team back to the UK to align operations and enhance collaboration.
The business manages the whole property cycle from buying the land through to facilities management and you will take ownership of the Purchase Ledger cycle for the entire business, with support from the leadership team.
Everything from raising the POs through to paying the suppliers will fall into your remit so every day will be varied; and you’ll never feel like you’re twiddling your thumbs!
The expectations are traditional in that they expect staff to come in, work hard and give 110% however once you’re in the team, you can be a “lifer” and you’ll be well looked after.
Absolutely ideal if you’re local to M22/ M23 (the business is right by Wythenshawe Park) and you must be happy with working from the office 5 days a week as it’s important to them for the team to be in and around each other, especially with the centralisation taking place.
